In 2018, Anna and I packed up our lives in Richmond, Virginia, bought one-way tickets to Europe, and spent three months traveling before relocating to Boston.
THE STORY
× RVA → EUROPE → BOSTON ×Foskianna is a combination of our names — Foski + Anna. We created this travel blog to document a chapter of our lives that felt too good not to share.
The trip took us through the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, Croatia, Spain, and Morocco — with memorable stops in Amsterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, Venice, Florence, Rome, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast, Split, and the island of Pag.

The doors nearly closed with us on opposite sides while Anna yelled "Open the doors!" to a train operator who, unsurprisingly, did not.

Friends joined us in Croatia, where we chartered a boat, explored hidden coves, and spent the day on the Adriatic.

FoskiAnna was more than a travel blog. It was an early example of combining storytelling, photography, and web design to document a meaningful life transition.
